Unravelling the X: how to get started with cultural projects.
Thanks to our various partnerships with cultural projects, we have managed to launch a platform that supports creative work.
Starting a business in the cultural sector comes with its own unknowns: the ‘X’ that needs to be resolved before launching a project. We have supported public and private organisations at this stage: in two cases alongside La Fábrica, with whom we collaborated on audits prior to the launch of new initiatives, and in the third case on our own, as promoters of our own project.

Balear
A corporate foundation that wants to become the islands' great social and cultural project.
The Othman Ktiri Foundation decided to stop supporting other people's initiatives and invest in projects of its own. Together with La Fábrica we defined the strategic plan for that new stage: concept, programme lines, management model and a roadmap through to the opening of its own venue. Together with La Fábrica, we came up with the name and visual identity. Balear: a single word that speaks of the region and its people. A modular system of colours and shapes that identifies each area of activity and is applied to the website, promotional materials and the future Espai Balear.
A corporate foundation that aims to become the islands’ major social and cultural initiative.
The Othman Ktiri Foundation decided to stop supporting external initiatives and to invest in its own projects. Together with La Fábrica, we drew up the strategic plan for this new phase: the concept, programme areas, management model and roadmap leading up to the opening of its own premises.
Before drawing a brand you have to decide which policies it will stand for. Only then can design make them legible, and do so across every element of communication: from the proposal for its digital presence to the signage of the future venue, by way of the open-call materials and the pieces for social media.
Before designing a brand, we need to know what policies it will champion. Only then can the design make those policies clear.
We define the brand by analysing it across all communication channels: from the digital presence concept to the signage for the future space, including promotional materials and social media content.
Cultura Líquida
A residency programme that travels through the wineries of Alma Carraovejas to give back to each territory part of what the land of wine gives it.
The Cultura Líquida Foundation wanted to bring culture to every territory where the group makes wine. With La Fábrica we designed Espacios Líquidos, a residency programme that travels through its wineries, from Viña Meín to Peñafiel, and the model to set it in motion: resident profile, open call, calendar and communication.
Revisamos la marca de la Fundación para que pudiera acoger el nuevo proyecto: una identidad digital que aglutinaba los proyectos asociados a cada bodega con un color para cada territorio, piezas audiovisuales para redes y una nueva web.
YourScreen
Our own project: a crowdfunding platform that turns the viewer into the producer of the content they want to see.
YourScreen is a project of our own: a crowdfunding platform for film that we conceived and developed ourselves, with the support of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. Campaigns run on Ethereum with verifiable contracts and no custody of funds: the money goes straight from the backer to the project. Anyone can take part by buying ETH with a card on the platform itself, and whoever launches a campaign has a step-by-step guide to do it.
